I would like to know about child care leave. If an employee has taken child care leave for 365 days continuously just after completing maternity/paternity leave of 180 days. Whether she/he will get EL credited to her/his service account of that (child care leave) period. Kindly guide me in this matter.
One more case is that , Is there any limit on half pay leave to be taken on account of adding them to EL at the time of calculating 300 day EL encashment on superannuation.
